This user has two threads in Forbidden for spam advertising. I’m assuming of course that the “muse” in the username and the “muse” in the site advertised is no coincidence.
I’m not sure who moved the first post but I’ve sent a warning with this 2nd post. If this turns out to be the 2nd warning then 3rd strike fast approaching.

I wasn’t sure if he’d been given a warning before. I always try to give members at least one other chance (unless they reply to my pm in an extremely rude and vulgar manner, which has happenned before). Maybe they are new and didn’t know advertising wasn’t allowed?
I have no tolerance for spammers, usually I just ban them. 
Yeah, spammers probably aren’t intent on sticking around for contributing to the forums I suggest banning him/her also!
