Hi,
I was just taking a shower and got to thinking about how our technology is advancing so quickly. For example VHS was introduced in 1976. DVDs were widely available in 1997. So that’s about 23 years. HD DVDs are coming out this year so that’s what 8 years. There are so many more examples like this. Today, a lot of headlines read “Year of HDTV” or “Year of Wifi”; new technologies are coming into the market place so quickly. So I think over the next 3-4 decades we will see technology advance like never before.
Then I got to thinking that at some point in time things must slow down.
What do you guys think about this? Do you agree with my timeline?
