As the title says… My Pentium 4 has now gone over its days of hard use and formats it has finally broken down… with now a life saving spare computer in the corner of my bedroom (with the rest of the PC junk I have… :)) I had the AMD with over 700MB memory and 2 40GB hardrives making 80GB… as I want to put 1GB memory in using two 512MB double data memory sticks I can’t as double data is a rare thing in my house and I am the only one with this one stick.
So as its in my fathers work shop being set-up with XP pro the latest and a new CPU fan and a new PSU. The dd memory (dd - double data) stick is waiting on my PC desk waiting for installation.
and at the moment im using a Samsung VM8000 Series laptop with so little as 128Mb and 10GB hardrive plus a P3 I feel ashamed to say.
So which one is best… Shall i get a new P4 or stick with the AMD PC??
