I followed the tutorial on the photo gallery which was very helpful but I was wondering if I could get a few more tips so that I can customize my own gallery.

I understand how the XML file functions with the flash code in the first frame, but I was wondering if you can do this effect with different sized images.
Also, when you mouseOver the right and left areas (borders) of the scroll bar, can you increase the area so that the thumbs move when you mouseOver anywhere?
Any help would be appreciated.
