on my site…the images that i get from photoshop show up really blurry and just look horrble…any suggestions on how to get rid of that ugliness…thanks
Save them as a PNG and then import them in.

I had the same issue recently. PNG’s are definitely better than JPEG’s, so that’s good.
Also, if you go to File >> Publish Settings, and click on the Flash tab, uncheck Compress Movie, and also move the slider bar where it says JPEG Quality to 100. Your movie size is gonna increase, but you’ll get the Photoshop quality back.
Play with the JPEG Quality slider bar until you get a balance of file size versus picture quality.
