Hello-
I’m reading the tutorial on How To Create Cool Footers (http://www.kirupa.com/motiongraphics/coolfooters.htm) and I’m stuck on Step Four. I can’t find the “Blending Options” panel that they’re talking about… I can use either Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 or 3.0, I have both. Are they too old/outdated to recognize this feature, or is it called something else instead, or what?
