I spotted this diagonal line effect on some images, mostly footers on this site. Like faint lines? Sorry for annoying anyone that I’m using as an example but…Example:

I’ve been searching and fiddling about with photoshop and illustrator, but i’m not very good by anyones standards, I’d just like to know how to do this one thing.
