How do i turn “snap” off? Whenever i try to put text in and put it in a corner it like snaps to the very corner and doesnt let me manually place it…

Diagonal TV Lines… Yes, i’ve seen these done all over the place and im not quite sure how to get them… Its pretty easy to do in Paintshop but i cant find it in photoshop… need some help there definently :thumb:

Palette Colors, Are there any basic color sets i can have? Im colorblind and all and i have to go down the hundreds of color lists and try to find just a basic red or blue… Does anybody know any basic palette’s they could lend me or show me where to download? :-/

Layer overview: Is there a toolbar that like shows the overall layers and lets me convert to raster or anything?

What is image ready? haha this is probably the worst question here but i didnt know what it was so i dint put any file types to be opened by it… what exactly is it? :!:
