Photoshop to flash

hi ther,i hav created photoshop template now what i want to to do is flash headers n menus or may be full template in flash(the same that i hav created in photoshop).so wht should i do…one by one copy paste(or import to library etc…)or is ther any other why.Wht you people do…Thanxz for reading-mhs
