CS3, OS X 10.5.11.
Every … 10 times or so when I try to ‘export for web’ it gives me this error:
“Could not complete your request because of a program error.”
And I gotta restart PS to save for web.
Wat to do, don’t say re-install 
Haven’t been able to find much info about the problem… :hair:
After googling like crazy and finding ‘solutions’ that did nothing I threw in the towel and called Adobe support.
Solution:
“This is a known bug in OS X and unfortunately there’s no workaround at this point”

that “program error” is a plague, and it affects previous versions too, without ever pointing to a real culprit
