I put embed and object tags in my first post but it screwed up the tables. Kirupa will have to fix it. . . . .

use your usual embed method using < embed > 
As far as I know phpBB doesnt have the same features as vBulletin
isn’t < embed > a regular HTML feature? You won’t be able to use [ swf ] that you can enjoy here though…at least I don’t think 
yes you can, just check the phpbb.com website and forum and you should be abel to find it.
