I just got an e-mail telling us that our 512k account from Pipex (might be a UK-only internet provider) is upgrading our account to a meg for FREE!!
Sweet or what? Also, they say that they can upgrade it further to two meg for a one-off charge of £15 which sounds great but it’s got a 5gig a month bandwidth limit. How the hell could you have a 2 meg connection and be able to stop yourself from downloading the world!?
A meg will be sweet though.
