Please help me!

I came home yesterday from work to discover a blue screen on my computer. It stated that my hard drive had been corrupted. Well I popped my restore disc in to just wipe everything clean and start over. Now every time I restart my computer it stops at a OS selection screen. The two OS it has listed are the same (Windows Media Center Edition). If i choose the first one it goes to a screen that says my harddrive has been corrupted then it does a short restart and goes back to the OS selection screen. If I choose the second Media Center option it will start Windows normally and I will have no problems. Can anybody tell me what is going on so I can fix this? I live on my computer :stare: so I would like this to go away. Thanks in advance.
