lol, i dont have any chick friends in cali yet silly, only people i know, i’m sure you wouldnt want them after you
(think boys and bois hehehehe)
Then get some ****it!
pimp, i have a question…
i already rared ALL of my files, will i be able to change owenership on ANY computer? or is it just this one cuz i have admin rights? or is it only on xp pro? if there is a prob with my files id rather just remake them then have to deal with backups that dont work… heh
pimp, come into mIRC, i have something for you
First off, everytime you take them out of the RAR they won’t have an owner so you’ll have to fix that each time you take them out of rar.
Second, I can’t go into IRC, I’m @ work. You can PM me on here.
If the files are installed without ownership, then you ahould be able to take ownership of the files when they are unpacked onto any computer.
Cheers!
-Niann
thanks niann!
Great work Pimp
redgolgi…to save you some time the NEXT time you get a new computer, it’s a lot easier to copy stuff straight from your old harddrive to your new harddrive
just physically take out your old harddrive and hook it into your new machine (set your old hdd as slave and your new hdd as master) then boot up to windows. create a new folder on your C: drive called “oldhdd” or something like that. then go into your command prompt, switch to the D: drive (or whatever letter the old harddrive is) and type “xcopy . c:\oldhdd /c /h /e /k”
sorry i didn’t respond to this sooner…could have saved you A LOT of time
