Hey people, I used the tutorial on how to make a centered pop up window in this site. I copied and pasted all the codes into my own Flash animation. The only difference between my animation and the source file in the tutorial is that my codes are in a movie clip, while the source file have the codes on the _root level.
The problem for mine is, the pop up window popped up on my Opera browser, but it won’t pop up in Internet Explorer. First I thought that it might be because of the settings in my IE browser. However, I tested with the source file in the tutorial and that worked perfectly on IE. I doubt that I entered my action script incorrectly because I copied and pasted straight from the tutorial, and I double and tripple checked…and it works in Opera, just not in IE. Can someone please lend me a hand? Thank you very much in advance!
