My Asus machine (laptop) uses power4 gear, and that allows for the fn keys to be mapped to volume settings and brightness controls as well. (come preinstalled when you buy one, with xp on it)
I tried downloading a beta version of it for vista, and I installed it. I ran the setup, and it doesnt even start after installing, and there is no installation folder for it in the Program files directory.
I dont care if it is Pwer4 gear or not, but I just want software that will allow me to use my fn shortcuts to change volume control and brightness.
Any ideas? I cant find another version for Vista anywhere.
