I developed a relatively simple flash 8 presentation that%20that) performs fine on a PC, but a user reports that it doesn’t work at all on Mac. He tried a 2nd machine and it doesn’t work on that either. There is another presentation that was written using Flash MX on the same server and the user reports that it works fine.
The user tried Safari, IE, and Netscape on his 10.4.2 operating system. He has Flash 8.0.22.0 installed. The swf does not display at all.
I don’t own a Mac and have no way to troubleshoot other than requesting the user to try again. The user has also tried to access the presentation directly with no success.
Any ideas?
