Problem with memory allocation

Hi. I’m starting a project that loads a image which dimensions are 2741x2745 pixels. When the presentation starts it should load the image into a movieclip, but I’m getting this message: “Macromedia Flash Player 6 cannot get enough memory. Please increase the player’s memory partition”.

What should I do now?
The image is a low res. jpg with 2.2MB

Thanks

is this on OS 9?

The image does seem awfully big though. Is it really required to be so huge?

OS X v.10.3.5
Its a navigation using my city map.
Its a satelite photo!

hmm, thats a new one to me. Try googling the exact error message and see if you can hit on anything there.
