Problem with netgear router

Long time no see everyone. I’ve been recently running into trouble with my Netgear router. Basically I try going to my website and the router doesn’t recognize it and instead gives me a “page can not be displayed” or “network timed out” type of error. I know the site is online because I can access it from both my school computers and my computer when I directly connect to the modem. I just got done humoring netgear techs for about two hours total by disabling security settings and switching a few other port settings. I feel like the router has somehow cached my site and thus will not allow me to connect.

Any ideas on what I can do to get this problem resolved? Netgear said they need to do some “laboratory testing” to find the solution (that nearly made me fall out of my seat laughing), I think you can probably sense my frustration with their support. So yeah, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh it was also quite amusing when the tech tried to tell me that I wasn’t the owner of my own site…what a hoot.
