what layer style did they use for the stuff? im good with graphics, but i dont use photoshop much (dont ask, long story)

Are you asking how they did this? like the rounded corners and such?

One good way to find how people do stuff is to look at the source code. If that still is confusing you or you just cannot figure it out, save the site on your hard drive, open a wysiwyg prorgram such as dreamweaver or front page, load the page in and see how it’s constructed.
