im making a simple preloader for my flash game and im using this tutorial

and near the bottom is says ( Now click on the sixth frame in the Preloader layer and give it the label start )
how do i put a label on ???
on your main timeline, on frames, layer called “preloader”… go to frame #6 of that one… then go to windows, properties… on the botton, properties window will show… once click on layer “preloader” frame #6, name this frame “Start” <Frame Label>
