I have a video I touched up for a client and recompressed down to a usable size for downloading. I used sorenson 3 for compression.
I have found that on several computers, the file will give an error and not play or give an error and play without sound (usually saying that it is an unsupported quicktime format that cannot be found on the quicktime server.)
I solved the problem: udpate quicktime to newest version. The problem is that most people wont think to do that so…
Is there a link anyone knows of that I can post that will start a quicktime update on the viewer or should i take it into flash?
(if you think i should just put a link to the apple update, mention it)
