Really cool layout in flash

I LOVE HOW THIS IS LAYED OUT. How did they make the scroll bar movie clips and the log stay in one place while the background centers and sizes itself to the browser window??? I know how to publish a flash movie 100% scalable…but how did they do this? Does anyone have a tutorial on laying flash sites out like this. When you look at the source code of the site there is nothing but the basics there on the 100% flash…I want to learn.
