How do you do something like that ?
You mean turn or something?
If the line was constant, and turning I would make a MC. Draw it by using the onion skin you can see the last frames. And draw it frame by frame. Takes a long time, but if you work with it will look rather good.
If the line is to go on a straight line I would just AS to scale it either X or Y.

when the menu builds, you see the 2 blue things coming from left and right. How can you make stuff like that?
Actually i just want to know how it is prinicple working. Is it made with Masks? So that they line is their all the time and the mask is a gradient and moves ?
i would have to bet on a mask…
