So I’m trying to install my old Logitech WIngman formula steering wheel. But it won’t let me because I/O range is in conflict with another device.
Using WinXP
This old thing needs the old “game port” which is on my old sound card 
The default I/O range for it is 0200-0207 but I can switch it to 0208 - 020F, 0210 - 0217 and 0218 - 021F as well but they’re all in conflict with something.
I tried searching for the device that has one of those I/O ranges in the device manager and change that one but I can’t seem to find anything… :-/
So… please help! The thing is just sitting in the corner doing nothing if I can’ get it to work… can’t sell it either cuz it’s not worth anything. And I wanna play Underground2 with it :*(
