hey everyone,
i was just stuffing round with the scanner today, and made this thing which was kinda fun - I KNOW it’s an abuse of blend modes, and i KNOW it’s not a nice finished piece etc, but i thought it was still cool, because if i played around with the concept more, something nice could come out of it 
with more time (and photoshop) i would have tweaked it a lot so the black wasn’t so dominating as well as better arranging the colours - probably removed most of the extra bars too… as it is i feel it lacks a focal point, there’s nothing in the texture or colour that stands out enough.
basically i just moved my hands each step of the scanner, so it got really choppy, then did some blending and hue changing…
(oh and the compression killed the detail and stuff majorly, it isn’t really pixelated but i can’t get my uploading working atm
