I am working on a site

under the “personnel” section the scroll bar is acting funny. When you click someone’s name it displays the scroll bar and you can scroll through the bio but then if you click a new person the bar doesn’t return to the top and the scrolling is limited you can see all the text by trying to highlight and drag down in the text box…any ideas?
