After working with a collegue, for some time developing Flash and PHP based sites, we decided to move to database and content managment plus ecommerce, however we are a little unsure about the security with flash and SSL, now I have done some research before posting and know that you never can be totally secure with flash, but thats based on flash 6-7 player I have seen nothing on the type of secruity with flash 8.
the main worry is that when php post the information from our SQL database and being able to take that information or alternitivly pull part the flash file to find out where the php file is locted.
I thought about SSL and sending an extrnal AS file to the main movie but am unsure about this… does anyone else have any thoughts or experiences and know of a way of making flash if not a little more secure.
