so, i have created a simple contact form that creates a string and post the variables so that communicates with the app that i made on ASP.NET
it work fine when i run it from my computer, but when i upload it to site, it doesn’t work. the flash file works, but it seems like its no communicating with the app.
then i read that there is some sort of sercurity issue with flash player 8 that when it communicates with an outside resource, it won’t work.
in order to get around this i noticed that in my publish setting within flash that i can choose on the local playback security to network access only.
so i selected this, published the swf, uploaded it, and it still doesn’t work.
is there something that i am missing with the settings?
anyone else having issues with this as well?
