I normally post in the as3 forum, so this is a bit of a departure! Now that I’ve got my flash files that will be my website up and going, I’ve started paying a bit more attention to some seo things…
Currently, in dreamweaver, I’m using swfobject, swffit and swfaddress. Not very relevant, but thought I’d mention how I’m doing this. My question is, is it worthwile for me to build an entirely html site that loads if a flash player is not detected? I read that this is the best way to get indexed by google etc. While I want to do this is the longrun, can I just use appropriate meta content / descriptions / keywords to get a proper description of my page on serps? I’d just overall like to hear any recommendations on how to best fit out my flash website for the web…
Sorry if this should be in flash forum, I wasn’t sure as it deals with some html and flash etc…
