Hey Guys,
A friend of mine and I are starting a design/hosting company. We have still got some setting up to do but we have the servers and all our pricing down for design and marketing. I am going to be the main designer and my buddy is going to do the case studies/branding/advertising, since he is a marketing director for a company in nashville. Anyways, the question arises of how we are going to split the money. Im kinda stumped here. Im thinking 50/50 but then i start wondering if thats the best way to go. What if one of us gets all the work, it wouldnt be fair for the other person. Do any of you have experience working on a design team? How did you split the money? Any input would be awesome.
