Ok my fan in my server is very very VERY loud so when i tryed keeping it on last night all i could hear was a “phhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh” all night. So now i downloaded Speedfan and reduced it from 100% to 15% and it worked. Its quiet!
Tips if you plan on doing this:
By tempatatios. Insert 1 or 2 more fans into your computer system (for extra cooling)
Be wise. Turn on “Automatic fan speed” just it case the CPU temp goes over 56C and your asleep… 
“Boom?”
Be carefull. Do not whatever you do stop the fan! If you do for too long the CPU will explode with heat! (Hot areas are not suitable).
Be spacious. Move your computer/server to a cool or even COLD area, Hot areas require a faster fan speed to keep the CPU cool.
Do not use overpowering applications that will increase your server speed. I have only Xampp, Firezilla FTP, Murcury and Apache running.
Think. When you wake, Go to your computer and turn the fan to 100% speed to realease all the hot air trapped inside.
My temps.
At 15% for 30 mins the temp for the CPU has been the same at 40C
At 15% for 30 mins the temp for the HDD has benn the same at 35C
