i want to store a users email and name using flash shared objects via a flash form. once this is done i understand it will create a flash cookie on the users hard drive.

is there any way to have other flash movies on another domain to be able to read and process this shared object?

will a flash movie that is embeded on another domain but served from the original domain be able to read this object?

or does the original movie have to be the one to process the object on the original domain.

my goal is to have cross website shared information.

I don’t think you can do that unfortunately. But in the tute on this site, there are a few links, you might want to check them out (or directly search Macromedia’s site).
