Show me the right way ... i'm in a mess

Hi dear flash experts…

I have been using Flash for the past couple of years or so… but never got the hang of scripting. I never knew where to start and go ahead. I’m really really interested in learning flash scripting but not finding the right beginning… please help me out with your expert suggestions.
