Site feedback

I’m looking for some feedback (good or bad) and suggestions for the site I am working on before the URL starts getting out to the target audience.

I felt pitty you hadn’t any answers.
So I will give my comments :toad:

It’s nice done, but one thing is not normal in my eyes and that are cast & crew and the star summer camp.
The paintings positions is not good I think.

Some funny sound would be great, just to give it an extra.

For the rest nicely done in flash and I wish you good luck with new sites.

Thanks for the evaluation. I will spend some time looking at repositioning those images. It can be difficult when attempting to give a site 3D perspective.

Good work !

-how big is the size of the site ?

-When I go to the Cast and Crew page, when the images appear
why is there alpha on them ? you kinda see the next over them ?

-Try to center the movie or dont make a pop up when entering.

-Why do you use pdf much ?

-Try to add a rollover sound on your cool buttons maybe.

But I like it it very simple !

Here are the answers to your questions.

  • The SWF file is 319 KB.

  • The Cast and Crews pages make use of Tint rather Alpha due to the fact that Alpha tends to make your total file size larger. I just wanted their pictures to appear in the background in a suttle manner.

  • PDF is used a lot because most of the items change greatly from month to month. That way items are update quickly. The people that the site was designed for aren’t willing to shell out the money to have it done the way that it should be.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review the site. I most likly will use your suggestion of adding sound to the rollover buttons.
