Ok I’m going to comment on the first site then the second one after.
Site 1 - The splash page is too messy, it looks like an advertisement instead of a splash page. Next, I’m not a big fan of pop-ups so you might want to give the user a choice of regular or pop-up mode. Another thing is the cube’s perspectives are a bit off, I’m not sure if it’s done that way on purpose or an mistake, but it takes away the professionalism. Also I think your content is really unorganized and scattered, you might want to work on that.
Site 2 - I like this one a lot better than the first, the splash page is less cluttered, but once again you have pop-ups which kills it. As for the main layout, once again I like it more than the first site cause this one is much more clean and organized.
I don’t mean to bash on your sites, they’re both good and you’re really creative. But if you expect to win site of the week then you’ll need to work on these a little bit more. But that’s just me, others might like it and vote for you, good luck. =)
I don’t like the first one so much :-\ The buttons are too big, and not very nice (I don’t know how to say that in English, it just doesn’t look very clean, it lacks “finition”).
The second site is much better. I don’t understand why there are 2 navigations, but the design is cleaner, and the pictures are nice.

The first site is ok but needs alot of work. Most of the things there have been done before. I would make an awards page. Don;t force ppl to view all of them on your splash page.

i don`t know what to say, they’re hard critics… but it’s ok, i know i have to improve, it’s better if you tell me what´s wrong.
all of you are right about the awards, theyre awful, but at first i didnt know where to put them…
i’m going to release a new version of the first site. when i do so, i’ll tell ya.
well, i`ve to go… i´ve got to find a new job…
