Tell me if you think these two popular photoshop resource websites look similar.

The creators are probably members of this message board, but… they look so similar. Notice even the text around the links in the left nav. They both have «[BLAH]» around thier text.
Anyway, its probably the same creator and I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but if I created a site I wouldn’t want it pirated, and I don’t think they would either.
