Size of Frame 1 in Preloader

I read the stuff in the Sticky concerning Preloaders, and I have a question:

Are the Frame Bytes in Frame 1 too much:

Could that cause a delay in the images appearing? I also only see my Logo and Loaderbar after about 90%
