Ok on my Mac I can drag and drop windows, Files and tabs just fine. But if I try to move or resize the little dark gray hud windows, will do one of 2 things. 1 it will seem like it is not responding then start animating really slow(but smooth) to the location of my mouse. 2 It will just freak out and fly around my screen really fast. Also this happens with the gradient edit tool in Fireworks and xScope.

24 inch LG
Apple Keyboard
Wacom Bamboo Tablet(I use this as my mouse)
Any ideas?
