I have a 100kb swf that is ratating an image and then uses the blur filter. On my PC, it is perfect, but on every machine I have tried at work, it is horribly slow, jittery, etc. Then, each time I play it, it seems to get better.
I have my flash file set to 24fps, but I haven’t been able to test this anywhere else other than home and work. I do not know if it could be an ActiveX restriction problem, or what.
I wouldn’t think that 24fps would be very taxing, but I guess I could try bringing it down to see. Nevertheless, I won’t be able to see the results until the next day at work. Even then, after that, what could it be?
Also, I didn’t have this problem until upgrading from 2004MX (not professional) to version 8.
