I’m currently working on my personal site and I noticed if I have more than one mc in my timeline, when i test movie, it seems bogged down. I used vector shapes and tweened them (nothing complicated). Can anyone provide me with some info on how to prevent this or lead me to a site that explains this sort of stuff.
Actualy, tweening vectors is WAY more complicated than you might think. It is in fact THE most common reason for Flash bogging down certain systems.
All I can suggest is to use texture fills. They take MUCH less RAM memory but they add up to file size… I’m sure there’s a tutorial about texture fills somewhere in Kirupa.com
alpha levels too. Alpha levels suck up the ram.
