Smooth Image Animations

The link above uses a large amount of animated images through out the site. Does anyone know how to get such smooth animations with so many images? I have always compressed my images, but I still cant seem to get the animations to be as smooth as these. Is it all animated with action script perhaps? whats the secret?! I’m freaking out man!!! :hr:

increase the fps?

if its with AS there is a bit of code that sort of buffers the animations. For the life of me I cant remember what it is.

I think its *updateAfterEvent();

*not sure, 1 of the AS sifu’s will help u out soon enough tho.

Although it was posted for the reason to get an answer to a question… the site is really kewl, never seen it b4.

This site is really nice. Funktion12 does some really good sites, and their use of images is what I like the most about their work. Their images aren’t the usual trendy/futuristic/space-age type graphics! :panda:
