I do put on a hell of a feast though. I could always throw one of my “mystery meat” bbqs. I had one last year, consisted of steaks from the cow, buffalo, ostrige, salmon and chicken. Of course some were easy to tell apart, but the buffalo and beef look pretty much the same cooked. Either way it was a grand success. I’d love to throw one of those again.
