Hehe… I’ve never really had a post count thread for myself so gosh darn-it I’m doing one now… in my exhausted dazed state it took me while to notice, but I have passed 1000… dont I feel special! I know I kinda come and go around here for periods of time, but its always a nice place to come back to. Great job K-Dawg and all the moderators, you’ve kept me here longer than my attention span usually permits …
Rev youre just jealous cuz you know how awesome SB is… should I post a picture of where I live, I think people might be confused by now
Actually though I want to move to SF very bad after I graduate, however the pricey rent in the area will probably keep me away (unless you have any secrets you care to share Rev, hint, hint ).
I’ll graduate next year… yes I am going to be a “super senior” and I’m proud of it!
You know I am not really sure what part… I’ve always loved the city, and all the areas around it. I dont really have any specific places in mind, nor have I really begun to look into it… if you could give me some insight on areas I should look into that would be great!
Also I am thinking about Santa Cruz or possibly Seattle… if you cant tell I love the North West. I grew up in So Cal and the further I moved north the more I liked it. Everyone should see northern Cali - amazing.
Seattle = 9 months of rain… serious I grew up in the NW…
Santa Cruz is nice, similar to SB in a lot of ways.
As far as SF goes, I personally like Knob Hill (very central and easy to get around), but if you have to have a car, then Potrero Hill has some great deals. The Avenues are great, since you are very close to the Ocean, and the according beaches (quite diff from socal beaches).
The Marina, Cow Hollow, Pac Heights, etc are way too $$. SOMA has some excellent deals (flat and easy to get around with a bike), some of Russian Hill has some deals… I’m talking Studios BTW, except for Patrero Hill (the PoPo), and the Avenues which will require a roommate situation since they are larger flats…
Thanks Rev… I am going to start looking into these areas! Now I have somewhere to start depending on how my situation develops!
Oh… I think rain is great, I never get sick of it thats why I thought of seattle, plus I am thinking about opening a restaurant in the future and both places would be great for it.
