• Ability to architect and implement backend web applications using PHP, Ruby on Rails, mySQL, JSP, etc. and connect to those applications using a Flash/Flex front-end.
• Knowledge of supporting web application languages (JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSP, PHP, ASP, .NET, etc.)
• Data-driven Flash development
• Flash ActionScript 2.0
• Flash Remotingv

• A minimum of 3+ years experience working with interactive projects
• Integrating video content with interactive modules/server-side communications

• Must have strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of the creative disciplines[/SIZE][/FONT]

• A Bachelor’s degree in industry related field area, or related work experience, is required
• Flash 8+
• ActionScript 2.0+
• OOP architectures
