Just wanted to throw a survey up for everyones consideration. When making flash movies for the web what is the average or most logical Fames per second to export your movie in?
I was creating a movie for a client and their computer was a bit slower than mine. Computers are always going to have different proccessing speeds. This is what brought up the question of what should be the standard for fps in flash for the web.
