Strreaming music

what i waant to know is, if my music is streaming from an external mp3. for the 56k-ers, will that hold up or further hold their load??

is it better to put the script to load the music at the end when the load is finished or put it at the beggining and or does it matter???

I would but the load script after the load, or have a seperate version for low bandwidth users with no music
