Do you mean when you publish the swf, or while workin in the program.

Clarity is the key to all good questions, and even when you publish with a dynamic field instead of a text based field, flash will still attempt to smooth and blur the edges, its a left over from the printing habits of most fonts.
For truly clear fonts, pixels are the only way to go.
