i’ve been trying to do this for a while and its not working so just wondering if any one here can help me… 
i am trying to make a simple site in plain html, but with a flash nav. the basic template look like this: template
as you can see nothing really special. BUT. how can i get a flash nav to load new html in the content part. eg. click on flash link in nav column, and with out refreshing the page, load the new content in the content area.
ive read you can do it with frames… but i cant make frames look anything like ive got…

i currently have a full flash version of the site…
but i dont know how to make it adjust to browser sizes, and to look like the template above.
The reason i droped the idea of a full flash site was that i wanted to change the text easily, but found it hard using a full flash site…
if you think that the full site ideas better but can help me fix it up a bit, would be great…
btw, i know the site isnt centered or anything… but i would like to try and get it like the first template i linked too!
