I have a proposal. So far Google has not come to my aid.

Imagine the Black box is a a border. A frame if you will. Everything inside it, HTML, CSS and PHP etc etc, its a server frame, an iframe if you will.
Everything in the green is Flash. Maybe snow flakes all around the page background - but all in the box is dynamic (HTML) AND user selection is allowed (normal functionality)
If your using the normal kirupa theme, look around all the white space, imagine an snow flakes on this page. But its an SWF background. Can this be achieved?
www.nike.com has a full screen flash page. Probably use some of these code if I can work this.
